Jonathan grew up in Beaumont, Texas where he met his wife, Elizabeth, and attended Monsignor Kelly High School and Lamar University-Beaumont. Following graduation, Jonathan moved to Houston to attend South Texas College of Law. While attending law school, Jonathan worked for the Harris County District Attorney's Office, clerked for a prominent Houston-area civil litigation firm, and traveled across the country as a varsity mock trial advocate for South Texas College of Law in Houston, ranked the #1 advocacy program at the time by U.S. News and World Report. Jonathan and Elizabeth live in Kingwood, Texas, and are the proud parents of their two daughters.

Jonathan focuses his practice on helping clients with complex legal issues to protect clients and avoid litigation, by utilizing proper planning techniques in the following areas: business law, real estate, and estate planning/probate. Jonathan is duly admitted and licensed to practice law in all Texas counties and district courts, as well as the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of Texas.
