Nicole Abeckett

Nicole àBeckett is the founder and CEO of HeroGeneration, a digital platform built to empower caregivers navigating the emotional and logistical challenges of complex health transitions. The company was born from Nicole’s own experience caring for her aging parents while raising young children — a season that exposed the overwhelming gaps in support for the “sandwich generation.” Determined to change the system, Nicole launched HeroGeneration to offer caregivers clarity, confidence, and a sense of community when it’s needed most.

Nicole brings a rich background in entrepreneurship, public policy, and digital growth to her work. She previously co-founded Sameside, a mission-driven event tech platform, and served as Senior Director of International Trade & Policy under two Los Angeles mayors. She holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and has led global initiatives spanning technology, social impact, and international business.
